Responsibilities

PCG is currently seeking a Sr. Client Service Representative to work in our Seatac office in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a growing team consisting of consulting and operations staff. Our teams goal is to provide superior service to school districts through education management systems and consulting. This position requires a self-starter who can quickly learn our web-based technologies, adapt to ever-changing market conditions, lead clients through the implementation, training and maintenance process and help drive business development. This position focuses on client service by responding to inquiries and questions from school districts, training school district staff on web-based technology applications and services. The role analyzes information provided by school districts and conveys issues to PCG software developers to improve existing technology applications. The ideal candidate for this position will be adaptable, flexible, enthusiastic, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks or clients simultaneously.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and participate in production of materials required for work with clients, including agendas, analysis data and status reports for management and for clients.
  • Prepare materials for training seminars and sales presentations.
  • Work with database management systems to organize, process, analyze, and store data.
  • Develop an understanding of state and federal education/special education requirements.
  • Comply with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures.
  • Assist proposal teams, including writing sections, coordinating efforts, and preparing proposal submissions.
  • Prepare client contracts and ensure project legal documents are completed and signed.
  • Communicate with staff and clients as needed throughout the contracting process to secure contracts in a timely manner.
  • Present at conferences/seminars and train school district users on web-based applications and system updates.
  • Write technical specifications.
  • Test the functionality of newly released applications.
  • Serve as a key contact for ongoing communications with clients, and serve as first response to prospective client inquiries.
  • Assist school districts in submitting electronic data and uploading the data into our system.
  • Develop project work plans based on scope of work conveyed in client contracts and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Interface with developers and multiple levels of clients.
  • Capture and share knowledge accrued and lessons learned throughout the lifecycle of projects.
  • Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
  • Communicate regularly about client projects with the project team.
  • Provide assistance in managing complex projects and/or producing sophisticated deliverables.

Required Experience:

Bachelor's Degree is required.

5 plus years of relevant work experience in the fields of education, health care, government, or the consulting field preferred.
