Overall Responsibilities:


  • Defines, documents, improves, and implements business processes for the management of garnishments and subpoenas. Serve as the company point of contact for garnishment notices and subpoenas from courts and other external parties. 
  • Responsible for a variety of professional duties.
  • Gathers and reviews facts, research applicable laws and other authorities, and prepare analyses as requested.
  • Prepares responses and requests in matters such as garnishments, subpoenas, and public records.
  • Prepares, manages, and documents affidavits, attestations, correspondence, and other legal materials. 
  • Formulates sound conclusions based on thoughtful analyses of facts and law, and effectively communicate findings in writing and in person.
  • Maintains organized paper and electronic files.
  • Interacts with management and staff of PCG and PCG subsidiary companies.
  • Represents PCG to clients and potential clients.
  • Handles confidential subject matter on a daily basis.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Skills:

  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with basic principles of contract law.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment, and to handle multiple, competing priorities.
  • Ability to work with and communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff, and with outside parties.


Education:       Bachelor's Degree

Experience:     2+ years of relevant analytical work experience

Certification:   Paralegal Certificate
