The Technical Product Analyst will work with the Product Management team along with other leaders to uncover pain points and define user needs in order to design and develop new features and enhancements for new and existing products. Lifecycle ownership will extend from pain point to concept to delivery, with an emphasis on staying true to the user need and creating incredible experiences. Additionally, the Technical Product Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing internal tools for consumption by other team members that will assist in improving productivity and quality. 

The Technical Product Analyst will need to rely on strong product, communication, analytical, empathy, design, organizational and management skills and will take the lead in recruiting and organizing internal PPL staff to gather detailed requirements and meet project deliverables.

The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure and adapt to change. They will also be expected to balance the customer needs against the company’s vision, utilizing qualitative and quantitative analysis to demonstrate value and influence prioritization.



Responsibilities

Duties & Responsilbities:  

        1.   Mid-level position that performs Product Owner responsibilities for one or more scrum teams.

        2.   Performs market research and provides information to assist with business prioritization.

        3.   Responsible for meeting with business units to gather and document detailed requirements.

        4.   Technical documentation is expected to be well-written (concise, clear, accurate with an eye for critical thinking). 

        5.   Provides guidance to Specialists.

        6.   Oversee deliverables to ensure that schedule, functionality, and quality requirements are met.

        7.   Provides (as appropriate) product related information to departments responsible for communication, marketing or the development of training materials.

        8.   Identify and analyze new opportunities and enhancements, staying abreast of market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape. 
        9.   Other duties as needed.



Qualifications

Required Skills

  1. Excellent writing and summarization skills.
  2. Strong analytical and organization skills
  3. Capable of core leadership functions.
  4. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft PowerPoint; beginner proficiency in Journey Mapping, User Story Creation, Backlog Management, Facilitation Skills, Jobs to be Done Framework, UX/UI Concepts, Technology Understanding, and Roadmapping.

Qualifications:

Educations:  Bachelor's Degree Required

Experience:  Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in Technical Product related field.

Certification:  Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)

Working Conditions:  Office Environment

Travel:  10% to 15%
