The Registration Processing Team manages the steps required to register a consumer to become an employer and start receiving care. The team collaborates with the Tax Department to meet all State and Federal criteria associated with each employer’s taxes. The registration process varies based on the program in question, and how the registration information is received. The team works closely with the enrollment team, whom they receive the preliminary information from.


The Registration Processing Associate will be responsible for the data entry for specific State programs that they have been assigned to. They use the information provided to them to obtain Employment Identification Numbers, (EINs) for employers. A successful candidate will acquire in-depth knowledge of the various registration application processes in order to produce an accurate and timely payroll, therefore meeting the clients’ and healthcare provider’s requirements. The candidate must also be able to work under deadline pressure, thrive on change, welcome challenges and have a process- improvement mind set.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned as appropriate and necessary).  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required to do the job successfully.


Registration processing

  • Receive and verify federal, state and local tax forms required to establish appropriate state accounts and obtain Federal Identification numbers;
  • Perform SUI- State Unemployment Insurance registration, print and mail 2678 employment forms on a weekly basis;
  • Obtain account numbers issued by State programs manually, and log them into PPL’s automated financial management system;
  • Perform Office of the Inspector General (OIG) Verification in States where this process is required, on a monthly basis;
  • Identify and update documentation and profiles within the web based Portal and Internal Accounting System, (Navision) to ensure accuracy.

Perform support ticket transaction resolution tasks

  • Monitor, and respond to a high volume of support tickets daily to maintain secure documentation of clients’ and providers’ personal information provided to us for account processing;




- High School Graduate or equivalent


- Minimum of 1 year of data entry, administrative or clerical experience required;

-  Document management experience preferred


-  Must possess an ability to perform data entry, using dual monitors

- Must be highly organized         

- Must have the ability to effectively communicate         

- Must be process improvement oriented.

- Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
