Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned operational tasks across multiple projects including the management and analysis of EDI transactions such as 837, 999 and 277’s
  • Create and maintain policies and procedure on operational tasks and other assigned duties
  • Communicate effectively with PCG management, supervisors, and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with others in order to meet client requests and deadlines
  • Respond promptly to providers and clients on requests for information as authorized
  • Analyze large data sets and maintain quality control measures
  • Conduct provider trainings on PCG claims processing system;  maintain and enhance associated training materials
  • Perform user acceptance testing for updates made to PCG’s claims processing system, as well as other internal systems as needed
  • Support system design and implementation activities as requested
  • Create reports on an ad-hoc basis for clients or providers
  • Participate in sales and proposal efforts as requested
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of EDI transaction files preferred

Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.  Relevant work experience will be considered.
