PCG Education™ is currently seeking a Program Manager to lead a team and manage a portfolio of projects related to Medicaid reimbursement for school districts.  The role requires a detail-oriented and versatile individual capable who can:

  • Manage the Medicaid program with a focus on compliance and reimbursement optimization
  • Create and implement comprehensive project work plans
  • This individual will be responsible for creating detailed project work plans that accurately describe the tasks, deliverables, resources, and due dates for multiple ongoing projects.  They will also be expected to implement these project work plans.  Although serving primarily in a project management, leadership, and supervisory role, this individual will be expected to assist in the execution of day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Once trained and established, this individual will be expected to develop relationships with their projects’ clients. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive in anticipating client needs, enjoys meeting clients in person, and feels a sense of duty to follow-up with client requests and maintain client satisfaction

Other duties:

  • Proactively seek methods for improving PCG’s web-based applications and processes
  • Capture client requirements and communicate those requirements with developers
  • Support project growth and marketing initiatives as assigned
  • Assist with special projects as assigned
  • Positively contribute to the team, office, region, and firm culture, community, and environment

  • Proven ability to make presentations to various audiences
  • Experience with the following programs required: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of overall experience in project/program management
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required
