  • Management of the NJ PPP Inquiry Email Bin
    • MCO Inquiries
    • State Inquiries
  • Escalations from PPL Staff to the State or MCO
    • Tracking all Escalations or Inquiries on a spreadsheet containing all required data points
    • Follow up with MCO or other party every 72 business hours until response is received
  • Incident Reporting
    • Oversight of the Fraud Reporting Support Ticket Bin
    • Reporting Fraud to the MCO/State as appropriate and Comptroller
    • Tracking response from external parties pertaining to fraud
  • Processing of recoupments due to fraud
    • Oversight of the Abuse Bin
    • Reporting of Abuse to the MCOs/State as appropriate
    • Tracking response from external parties pertaining to abuse
  • Oversight of MCO Liaison bins and reported participant updates
    • Development of daily update file per MCO for delta file creation
    • Tracking of change in portal through completion
  • Pend reporting of timesheets due to budget not finalized
    • Supplied to MCO once per pay period
  • Error file reporting
    • Daily, per MCO
  • Data quality trending
    • Capture escalations, issues owing to data issues such as budget amount, enrollment status, budget finalization
    • Create dashboard, per MCO and overall, of volume due to data issues
  • Use of email templates for communication with MCOs and other stakeholders
  • Attendance at weekly Case Discussion calls, pertaining to escalations related to data
    • Triage of issues to MCO
  • First “email” resolution
    • Submission of support tickets to appropriate functional area for timely resolution
      • Pend management
      • Timely filing lifts
      • Recoupments
  • Duplicate TRN research in collaboration with RCM
  • Weekly timesheet validation report and oversight
  • Select reports for supervisors

Education     -   High School Diploma or GED, college degree preferred

Experience  - Minimum two years of experience in a professional office setting
