Manages data integration with other platforms including learning, background checks, talent acquisition etc.
Manages and oversees the maintenance and accuracy of employee data and reporting.
Analyzes data to drive and support HR strategies
Presents data and analysis appropriate at all levels of the organization
Develops a thorough understanding of, and act as a key resource for, all HR systems and related processes.
Collaborates with others to design and deliver business unit dashboard reporting (including KPI’s)
Manages process design/redesign, system and workflow enhancements, maintenance, support, and training.
Perform system testing and validation of results
Implements data integrity audits
Education: Bachelor’s degree in technology/HRIS or related field or equivalent experience required.
Experience: 3-5 years experience
