  • Supports customer service and operations for clients by providing regular guidance to users of PCG’s proprietary software applications
  • Responsible for initiative planning and ongoing client relationship management.
  • Collaborates with external vendors, external consultants, consulting team members, and/or other staff as required in support of initiatives.
  • Responsible for acquiring and applying knowledge, best practices (external and internal), methodology, and tools to client organizations.
  • Responds to inquiries and questions in a timely manner.
  • Works within a team to accomplish other duties on projects to meet necessary deadlines.
  • Provide indirect guidance and supervision of team through projects and departmental initiatives.
  • Develops original content for routine project status reports
  • Create training content for users (PowerPoints and other interactive training applications for remote and in-person trainings)
  • Facilitate trainings and presentations throughout the year for various audiences, i.e. users, clients, stakeholders, management, etc.


  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and organize data.
  • Excellent organizational, oral presentation and written communication skills.
  • Self-directed and independent contributor to the team
  • Ability to define problems concisely and hypothesize proposed solutions
  • Excellent ability to build and maintain business relationship with clients.
  • Ability to structure and manage heavy workloads
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Research and project management capabilities.
  • Competent to network both internally and externally, including members of management
  • Advanced database skills.
  • Education:  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    Experience:  2+ years similar work experience.
