PCG is seeking candidates for a Client Service Associate position located in our Chicago, IL office. For the right motivated individual, there is an excellent opportunity for career development and advancement.


  • The Client Service Associate works in a deadline-oriented, fast paced environment as part of a growing team consisting of consulting and operations staff.
  • The teams’ goal is to provide exceptional service to school districts in the areas of federal claiming, and other school-based revenue programs, and special education management systems.
  • The Client Service Associate position requires a self-starter who can quickly learn state policies, our web-based technologies, and lead clients through the implementation and training processes.
  • Provide summary analysis and data to clients to optimize reimbursement
  • Responding to phone, online message board, and email client support requests
  • This position revolves around technology, policy, and financial management functions.
  • Conduct quality assurance on PCG’s web-based claims and software.


Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and organize data. Solid attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, oral presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Research and project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products including PowerPoint, Access, Excel and Word.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Medicaid claiming, schools (K-12) and/or special education experience a plus.
