Responsibilities

Overall Responsibilities:

Public Consulting Group is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support the daily activities of the Special Education Management System, Medicaid Support System and wrap around services within the state of TN, KY, AR, MS, and OK.  This position is based in Nashville, TN and will be a key player in achieving business objectives within our practice area. This role is responsible for managing many aspects of multiple projects including client support, implementation support, and managing project issues and tasks.  This individual will be working closely with business management, growth, and technology teams. Integral to the success of this position is the ability to have positive collaboration with all teams to help keep project tasks moving forward and ensure client expectations are met.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Conducts thorough routine and ad hoc quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Prepares a wide range of materials required for client presentations and meetings.
  • Works with software developers to communicate and test needed software enhancements.
  • Assists clients when it comes to questions regarding software and reporting.
  • Manages client’s information and support requests
  • Tracks operational activities across projects
  • Develops and delivers performance and status reports internally and externally

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience:3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
