Responsibilities

The Account Specialist role supports our Strategic Client Engagement division. Candidates must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. An ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and the ability to speak to diverse groups. The Account Specialist is trained and mentored as they develop knowledge and skills to support our clients and stakeholders.

  • Act as a point of contact for client escalations and incident management
  • Develop an understanding of different project management styles
  • Coordinate policies and procedures across multiple business units
  • Participate in client facing meetings and activities
  • Learn and utilize the Universal Reporting Server to support program operations
  • Understand contract implications to changes in scope
  • Participate in Community Engagement activities as available
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries as needed
  • Support revenue cycle activities and promote program financial health
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Moderate experience with Microsoft Office 365 toolset, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to navigate  between multiple applications

Qualifications:

Education:        Bachelors Preferred

Experience:      Experience in a client facing role a plus
